Due to the heavy air pollution resulted from the fossil fuel power plants, and the unpredictable danger of nuclear power plants, many European countries have started to promote renewable energy since 1980s. The renewable energy, especially wind energy has experienced an unprecedented growth. innoVent/InfraVest Group has put its emphasis on the development and investment in the wind energy, covering regions such as Germany, Spain and Turkey. Furthermore the Company has committed itself to the Far Eastern, especially in Greater China.

Wind energy offers the following advantages:

Clean Energy:
wind power is a clean energy form, each kWh produced by wind energy saves 380~400 grams of coal as well as 750 grams of CO2 emission, 6.1 grams of SO2 emission, 4.5 grams of NOx emission, and ca. 5.2 grams emission of other particles.

Competitive:
the technology of wind energy is mature, furthermore its investment costs per kilowatt installed capacities being at about 1200 EUR/kW, is nearly competitive with the traditional fossil fuel plants.

Inexhaustible:
wind power is inexhaustible and gratis, whereas coal, gas, or any other fossil fuel will be exhausted some day.
